The Court emphasised the need for expeditious processing of complaints, especially in cases of economic offenses like cheating and fraud.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Court disposed of the writ petition and directed the SHO, Police Station Tilak Nagar, District Indore, to consider the petitioner’s complaint and take appropriate action within 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.
