First provisional list to be released for AP IIIT Admission 2024 at rguktn.ac.in: The certificate verification and admissions including other states and international students will be held at respective campuses on July 5 onwards. The provisional selection list will be out and the classes will begin on August 1.
RGUKT conducts the admission to 6-year integrated BTech courses will be done for four campuses IIIT Nuzvid (Krishna District), IIIT RK Valley (Kadapa district), IIIT Ongole and IIIT Srikakulam.

Note: The following list of applicants is Provisionally Selected for admission into the 6 Year Integrated B.Tech Programme of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT AP) for the Academic Year.
The first batch of about 6,500 class 10 graduates got admission into a six-year integrated programme. The initial selection was based on the local best model where students receiving the top marks in every subject were selected.
The objective of establishing RGUKT was to provide high-quality educational opportunities to the rural youth of Andhra Pradesh. The initial goal was that at least the top 1 per cent of the rural graduates would be given the opportunity to study at RGUKT.
RGUKT Admissions, Certificate Verification
Certificate Verification dates: Candidates are requested to attend the certificate verification on the mentioned date in website for admission into the 6-Year Integrated B.Tech Course of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) for the Academic Year.
Venue: Candidates are requested to attend the certificate verification on the mentioned date in website sharp at 09.00 AM at RGUKT, Nuzvid, AP IIIT, Mylavaram Road, Nuzvid.
Documents to be brought:
- a) FOR CAP: Candidates are requested to bring the following documents /certificates in original
- Ex-servicemen Discharge book
- Identity card (issued by (ZSWO)
- Valid CAP certificate (issued by Sainik Officer)
- Pension payment order (if pensioner)
- Battle casualty certificate (if war widow/war disabled)
b) FOR NCC Category: Candidates have to bring all the relevant NCC certificates / Camp certificates and other documents as evidence for verification in original for verification purpose under NCC category during the certificate verification at RGUKT-Nuzvid.
c) FOR PH Category: Candidates have to bring all the relevant PH (VH / HI / OH) certificates in original for verification purpose under PH category during the certificate verification at RGUKT-Nuzvid on mentioned date in website.
d) FOR Sports Certificates/ Documents: Candidates have to bring all the relevant Sports certificates/documents related to International, National and State level events as evidence for verification in original for verification purposes under the Sports category during the certificate verification at RGUKT-Nuzvid. This verification process does not give any guarantee to the admission/seat at RGUKT- Nuzvid.
AP RGUKT Merit Lists 2024
We have known very well how the career graphs increase if we enter into IIT, III TS because future is with them. The students with the perfect outcome will glitter like stars and lead a luxurious life. But these skills, outcome depends on the institution that we choose.
So, parents are worried about their children either they will achieve seats in better colleges. This RGUKT mainly helps backward, rural area, govt school children. So, they should utilize this golden chance. The merit list of AP RGUKTs to be released.
Where each campus has 1000 seats out of 1000, merit list of students to be released in AP. Counselling will be conducted for selected students at 4 campuses, and for special category children on above-mentioned dates.
Intimation to Selected Candidates:
- The list of provisionally selected candidates for counselling will be displayed on the University website
- The candidates will also be informed by post, e-mail and SMS message, whichever possible, to the address/mobile number written in the application form.
Counselling
a) The candidates selected for counselling shall report in person at RGUKT – Basar, Nirmal District in Telangana State for verification of original certificates/documents and the details provided in the application form.
b) Counselling and selection for admission in respect of candidates belonging to the Special Categories like Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports will be conducted at RGUKT- Basar.
Certificate Verification and Admission
The applicants should submit a printout copy of the application along with the following documents at the time of certificate verification and Admission. The proforma for the certificates mentioned below are given in Annexures.
- The receipt issued by the AP Online services
- Hall Ticket of X standard (10th Class)
- GPA of 10th class Public Examination, i.e., SSC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS.
- Residence certificate by those claiming Local category, (for details, see Annexure – II)
- Residence certificate / service certificate of parents by those claiming Non-Local category (for details, see Annexure – III)
- Proof of caste / community certificate (SC/ST/BC) in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under any of these categories, (for details, see Annexure – IV)
- Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category, (for details, see Annexure – V)
- Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category, (for details, see Annexure – VI)
- NCC, Sports and games certificates by those claiming reservation under this category, (for details, see Annexure – VII)
NOTE: If a candidate fails to submit any of the relevant certificates, he/she shall not be considered for admission.
b) The candidates selected provisionally for RGUKT shall report in person for Certificate Verification and Admissions at RGUKT campuses for verification of original certificates / documents and the details provided in the application form.
c) Verification of certificates and admissions in respect of candidates belonging to the Special Categories like Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports will be conducted at RGUKT- Nuzvid on prescribed dates.
Admission
Admission to the first year of 6-year integrated engineering course in the University will be granted only after satisfactory verification and scrutiny of the details mentioned in the application and the original certificates / documents submitted by the candidate at the Certificate verification and Admission centre. Mere selection for certificate verification /documents will not guarantee admission to the candidate.
Annual Fee
(a) The tuition fee for the candidates who studied in Schools situated in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states is Rs.36,000/- per annum.
(b) Students who are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement as per the guidelines issued by the respective State Governments need not pay the tuition fee (Students whose parental annual income is below Rs.1.0 Lakh for non-SC/ST category and below Rs.2.0Lakh for SC/ST category and who fulfill the other conditions as per the latest Govt. Rules are eligible for fee reimbursement)
(c) Every student has to pay a registration fee of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) and a refundable caution deposit of Rs.2000 (by all), that is a total of Rs.3000/- (Rs. 2,500/- in case of SC/ST candidates) at the time of admission.
