Only Students who were studied government school students have been selected this time for IIIT Rajiv Gandhi University of Science and Technology in Basara, the only Nirmal district in the state.
This time there was more competition for IIIT admissions in Basara than ever before. Most of the students got GPA 10/10 in the revealed results based on internal marks without conducting public exams due to corona.
None of the students who studied in a private school and got GPA 10 could not be selected. Govt school students were all selected with the addition of 0.4 to GPA in addition to the GPA of the 10th Class. The Administration Officer will release the list of selected students for this academic year at Basra IIIT University Campus.
5 Dyas Counselling: Meanwhile, counseling will be conducted for five days at a rate of 250 per day due to corona for students selected for IIIT. Counseling will be conducted as per the following schedule.
BASARA IIIT Waiting List: The waiting list for the remaining seats will be released after the first phase counseling. GPA through recounting and reverification in SSC results. Increased registered students will be considered in the waiting list if they provide their increased grade details and certificates.

BASAR IIIT Admissions Fee Particulars
Note1: Students who are eligible for fee reimbursement as per the stipulated State Government rules need not pay tuition fee of Rs. 36,000/-.
But in case, if they are not reimbursed the tuition fee, they shall have to pay the tuition fee before the commencement of Semester-II examination in the academic year in order to permit them to appear for the exam.
Note2: It has been found for the past few years that the fee reimbursed by the Government is not exactly same as the fee prescribed by the University.
Note3: It may be noted that the original certificates, once submitted to the University, will not be given back, in any case, until the completion of the course.
Hence, the students shall get a set of scanned copies / Xerox copies with him/her for future use, before the original certificates are submitted to the University.

An orientation program will be conducted to all the newly admitted students on the notified date and the classes will start soon. Latecomers won’t be permitted. The candidates selected for admission shall be prepared to go through the intensive learning programme at the RGUKT, and will have a fruitful learning time leading to a bright career.
The candidates selected for admission need to sign a declaration concerning the rules and regulations of the RGUKT at the time of admission.
Note: This selection is for counselling and as such does not guarantee admission to the course. Admission to the course will be given subject to verification of all your original documents and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. In case of any tie exists among the candidates, the seat will be allocated on the priority order followed by RGUKT Admission Rules.
