CAM advised Hafele Holding GmbH in connection with its strategic financial investment, and Singularity Group (along with other investors) in connection with its investment (in two rounds) in Isler Infra India Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of manufacturing and supply of a wide range of home appliances to the major brands in India.
CAM also advised Hafele India Private Limited on a long-term contract manufacturing arrangement with Isler which is pursuant to an MoU executed between DPIIT and Hafele India Private Limited to strengthen India’s manufacturing and innovation ecosystem by empowering product startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs under the overall ‘Make in India’ vision.
