The Moot Court Committee, Faculty of Law, Medicaps University, Indore, proudly announces its 1st Moot Court Competition, scheduled to be held from 30th January to 1st February 2026 at the university’s campus in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The inaugural edition of this national-level event aims to provide an experiential platform for law students across India to refine their advocacy, research, and courtroom skills while engaging with contemporary legal issues through realistic simulations of court proceedings.

The Moot Court Committee (MCC) at Medicaps University is organising this flagship competition to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical advocacy. Designed to encourage analytical reasoning and teamwork, the competition will attract participation from premier law institutions nationwide.

Prizes worth ₹ 2,00,000 /- will be awarded across multiple categories:

Eligibility and Registration
The competition is open to students enrolled in 3-year LL.B., 5-year integrated LL.B., or LL.M. programmes at recognised institutions across India.
Each institution may register one team comprising two or three members (two speakers and one researcher).
Registration Fee: ₹3,000 per team
Last Date for Registration: 5th January 2026 (11:55 PM)
Accommodation may be provided on request on a first-come, first-served basis.
