- Work closely with various employees of other departments in the same organization.
- Monitor the performance of the Catering Unit assigned to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting the desired targets

- Achieve increased sales and maximize profit in assigned territory.
- Interact with the Crew / Ground Staff to gather feedback regarding the products/utilities provided.
