New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate for this year on May 5, 2024. The NEET UG 2024 Exam has been in controversy hours after it was conducted; there were reports of a NEET UG 2024 Paper Leak but later, the NTA has denied these reports and said that in Rajasthan, there was ‘incorrect paper distribution’ but there has been no paper leak. The NEET UG 2024 was conducted in a total of 571 locations across the world – 557 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. The NEET UG 2024 Exam Timings were 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM, i.e. the duration of the examination was three hours and twenty minutes. The NEET UG 2024 Exam was conducted on Sunday, May 5 and now, the candidates who appeared for the medical entrance test, are waiting for the release of the NEET UG 2024 Answer Key. There is no official confirmation yet but according to media reports, the NEET UG 2024 Answer Key will release in two to three weeks but there is no update regarding the time at which the answer key will be out. Candidates will be able to check their answer key on the official website – exams.nta.ac.in.

  4. The Provisional NEET UG 2024 Answer Key can now be downloaded.

‘Incorrect Distribution’ Of Question Papers Highlighted By NTA


In another news, the National Testing Agency (NTA) said in a public notice that an incident of “incorrect distribution” of question papers by the centre superintendent had come to light. “In order to uphold the principles of fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates, the NTA has taken proactive measures. The examination of approximately 120 affected candidates at the centre is being conducted today, ensuring that their academic aspirations are not hindered by this incident,” said Sadhna Parashar, Senior Director, NTA. However, NTA has outrightly denied any kind of paper leak.
