- Establish and maintain Straw Management Sewa Kendras
- Assist Field Assistant and the team members in preparing a physical work plan
- Identify the training needs of the farmers and farmer groups
- Data collection under the guidance of RGR staff and maintaining various registers or documents
- Soil sample collection etc.
