VITEEE 2024 exam result: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has announced the VITEEE 2024 results on May 3. Students who appeared for the exam can now check their results on the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in. The VITEEE 2024 exam took place from April 19 to April 30, spanning several days of rigorous testing. Despite the anticipation, VIT has not yet shared the official answer key for the VITEEE 2024 exam. The results are presented in the form of a rank card, showcasing the performance of each student. To access their VITEEE 2024 results, students must have their application number and password ready.
As per the marking scheme, for each correct answer, candidates will get one mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The scorecard of VITEEE 2024 will contain the candidate’s personal details, maximum score, marks scored in each subject, overall score, rank, and other details.
VITEEE 2024 took place online in a computer-based format, with a total of 125 marks up for grabs. The exam comprised 125 questions across five sections, encompassing Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Aptitude. Test-takers had 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the examination. Notably, VIT extended the application deadline to April 10 from the initial date of March 31. Aspiring candidates were required to remit an application fee of Rs 1,350. Applicants ranked up to 1 lakh are eligible for counselling at all four campuses: VIT – Vellore, VIT – Chennai, VIT – AP, and VIT – Bhopal, however those ranked over 1 lakh can only participate in counselling at the VIT – AP and VIT – Bhopal campuses.
