Couple Friendly brings together Santosh Soban and Manasa Varanasi for a romantic drama. The film was released as a Valentine’s Day special and collected around Rs. 1.9 crore in global gross, including premieres.

The team celebrated the film’s success today, during which Dheeraj Mogilineni, the AP and TS distributor of the movie, made an interesting announcement.

He stated that he is joining hands with UV Creations and the lead pair of Couple Friendly for a new project, which will again be directed by Ashwin Chandrasekhar. He also revealed that the new film is planned for release on the same date as Couple Friendly – February 14 next year. The announcement came as a surprise to both the team and the audience. Production is expected to begin soon.
