NOTIFICATION (AS A LAST CHANCE) For Special Supplementary Examinations to be conducted in June 2026

I, II, III, IV, V and VI YEAR PHARM “D” FOR CANDIDATES ADMITTED IN 2012 & 2013 BATCHES and I, II and VI Year PHARM “D” FOR CANDIDATES ADMITTED IN 2014

CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR I, II, III, IV, V and VI YEAR PHARM “D” SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTARY EXMAINATIONS, JUNE-2026 ARE INFORMED THAT THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE EXAMINATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AS PER THE TIME SCHEDULE GIVEN BELOW:

EXAM REGISTRATION & LAST DATE

  • Without Late Fee 23-03-2026
  • With Late Fee of Rs.100/- 26-03-2026
  • With Late fee of Rs.1000/- 28-03-2026

*(Application to be submitted at Controller of Examinations, JNTUK, Kakinada)

EXAMINATION FEE

  • FOR EACH SUBJECT (THEORY / PRACTICAL) Rs.2000/-

NOTE:

1. Applications should enclose the Xerox copies of latest marks memos containing details of failed subjects along with the applications.

2. Applications can be obtained at the office of the respective Principal’s of the respective colleges and duly filled in applications should be handed over in the respective college office with necessary fee.

3. The Principals are requested to submit the filled in applications to the Controller of Examinations Office, J.N.T. University Kakinada as per the schedule given below.

4. Laboratory/Project Examinations schedule will be communicated later.

5. All the above Examinations will be conducted in jumbling system.

6. The Payment of Total Examination Fee (Without Fine/Rs. 100 Fine/Rs. 1000 Fine) is to be made through Online Link provided in the portal from 04.04.2026 to 06.04.2026 After Payment a “Payment Form” will be generated which is to be printed.

7. The College has to submit the printed Payment Form and filled in student application along with attendance Report on 10.04.2026 without fail as detailed below.
