AP RGUKT IIIT Admissions 2024 Counselling Instructions: Congratulates to all the candidates selected for counselling for admission to the Six year integrated B.Tech Degree Course of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) for this Academic Year.
All the candidates selected for counseling will get a call letter by e-mail and SMS also to the postal address they have given in their application before the dates of counseling.
RGUKT informed that provisionally selected for counseling for admission into the 6-Year Integrated B.Tech Programme of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) campuses for the Academic Year and requested to attend the certificate verification and admission programme as per the schedule.
The following are the instructions to the candidates provisionally shortlisted for counseling. Candidates have to report for counseling on the prescribed date sharp at 08.00 AM at the RGUKT RK Valley campus, Idupulapaya Village, along with the original documents/ certificates mentioned below, without fail.
It is your responsibility to make all suitable travel arrangements so as to reach RGUKT, RK Valley campus, Idupalapaya by 8.00 AM on the above date.
AP IIIT Counselling Details
Counselling Web Note: The candidates need to attend the certificate verification with relevant original along with 3 sets of photocopies on the specified dates mentioned above. can download the call letters for attending the special category certificate from the University website .
The exact date to attend the verification for each individual candidate will be mentioned on the call letter, University will also send the information and call letters to each candidate through SMS and email mentioned in the online application.
The provisional selection list of candidates other than special categories will be released by the Hon’ble Minister of Education, Government of A.P.
Admission shall not be given if you fail to attend the counseling at the said campus in person on the above date and time for whatever reason. The seat will be allocated to the next best candidate immediately.
II. Mere selection for counseling does not guarantee admission. Admission will be given only if you fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
Your selection stands cancelled in case if you fail to produce the original certificates mentioned below at the time of verification or fail to pay the requisite fee.
III. Documents to be brought: The candidates shall bring the following documents/certificates in original along with three sets of their Xerox copies.
IV. If selected you will have to register for the course and classes will start from 1st August, 2022. Late registration is not permitted. The admitted candidates should be prepared to stay for the entire first term from that date.
V. The fee to be paid: If the seat is allotted, the tuition fee for the program for candidates who studied in Schools in AP is Rs.36,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand only) which is to be paid through the mode of Demand Draft in favor of “The Director, IIIT RGUKT,Ongole ” payable at SBI, Idupulapaya Branch from any nationalized bank.
DD shall be paid at the campus allotted on the day of counseling. Students who are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement need not pay the tuition fee (students whose parental annual income is below Rs.1.0 lakh for non SC/ST category and below Rs.2.0 Lakh for SC/ST category and who fulfill the other conditions as per the latest Govt. Rules are eligible for fee reimbursement).
However, every student has to pay a registration fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500 for SC/ST students) and a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2,000/- at the time of admission, that is a total of Rs.3,000/-

The candidates selected for waiting list are selected over and above the number of seats and will get a chance for counseling only when there is a vacancy in the same category after the completion of selections on the notified date.
