PGIMER Nursing 2024 Application Form
Candidates must check the details about PGIMER Nursing 2024 Application Form in the below section:
- Application form will be made available through online mode on the website. Any offline mode will not be provided to fill the form.
- For M.Sc. nursing application form will be released in second week of April 2024 and for B.Sc. Nursing it will be released in last week of May 2024.
- Candidates must fill all the details carefully in the registration form to avoid any kind of rejection.
- Fill details i.e. educational, personal, address, contact etc. in the registration form.
- Upload required documents i.e. scanned image of photograph & signature in the correct format.

How to Fill PGIMER Nursing 2024 Application Form:

- Step 2: Register yourself by entering basic details like name, mobile number and email ID.
- Step 3: A system generated unique ID will be sent to registered email address.
- Step 4: Now login using ID and password and fill the application form.

PGIMER Nursing 2024 Eligibility
Candidates must check the below provided PGIMER Nursing Eligibility before filling the application form:
B.Sc. Nursing (4 Years):
- Qualification: Candidates must pass 10th & 12th level examinations or equivalent from any recognised board.
- Age Limit: Applying candidates should not be more than 35 years and not less than 17 years as on 31st December 2024.
- Gender: Only female candidates will be eligible to apply.
- Marks Criteria: One should secure minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th class.
- Subjects: Candidates must have passed their qualifying exam with physics, chemistry, biology & English subjects.
B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic):
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level or its equivalent examination to be eligible.
- Marks Criteria: One should obtained minimum 50% marks in general nursing and midwifery.
- Age Limit: There will be upper age limit criteria of 45 years as on 1st September 2024.
- Registration: Candidates must have registered as a nurse and midwifery with respective state/ Indian nursing council.
M.Sc. Nursing:
- Qualification: Candidates must be graduated in B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing (post basic) from any recognised institute.
- Marks Criteria: It will be necessary for the candidates to obtain 55% marks in their qualifying exam.
- Experience: Candidates must have minimum 1 year experience in hospital/ public health nursing/ nursing educational institute.
PGIMER Nursing 2024 Exam Pattern

- Exam Mode: Examination will be conducted in online mode (CBT).
- Duration: One and half hour will be provided to solve the question paper.
- Type of Questions: Objective Type questions will be asked in the exam.

PGIMER Nursing 2024 Admit Card
Authority will release the admit card for B.Sc. nursing courses from fourth week of July 2024. For M.Sc. nursing, it will be made available in last week of May 2024. Candidates will be able to download their hall ticket through online mode.

PGIMER Nursing 2024 Result/ Merit List
will be declared through online mode on the website. It will be available few days after the conduct of exam. For B.Sc. nursing, result will be announced in second week of August 2024 and it will be declared in first week of July 2024 for M.Sc. nursing courses.
Candidates will be able to get their results through login. Result will not be sent to any of the candidate by post. There will be no provision of re-checking/ re-evaluation of result. Result will contain details like the name of candidate, subject wise marks, total mark obtained etc. Take printout of the result and keep it safe for future references.
Based on the marks secured by the candidates in entrance examination, a separate merit list will be released. It will be prepared for all categories candidates. Candidates will be selected for further admission procedure based on the final merit list.
PGIMER Nursing 2024 Counselling
Candidates will be able to participating in the physical counselling at PGIMER, Chandigarh. It will be compulsory for all the shortlisted candidates to participate in counselling by person. Counselling procedure will be completed based on various factors i.e. filling of registration form, interview, document verification etc.
Counselling will be started from the second week of July 2024. Counselling related dates will be notified to the candidates through the website.
Candidates who have shortlisted for the counselling will need to submit the printout of the application form with other required documents and their photocopies either through online mode or by hand in the office of PGIMER.
After releasing the final counselling list, candidates will have to reach the reporting centre to submit their admission fee and for other formalities. Final admission will be provided to the candidates after verification of the documents.
